The property is situated in a private, tranquil location, with undisturbed views of open countryside, yet only five minutes from shops and restaurants.

Accommodation includes the Farmhouse and attached Studio, which can be booked together if required (supplement).

The Farmhouse, over 200 years old, is of stone and oak beam construction. fully equipped, with the advantage of central heating to complement the wood burning stove, making it ideal for summer and winter vacations.

Outbuildings have been converted for recreational use and the grounds which are enclosed, include a heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), sun terrace and large games room containing Mini Basketball, table tennis, snooker, bowling alley, darts, music centre and various outdoor and indoor games.

There are safe playing areas in the grounds where there are swings, a wendy house etc, The orchard is available for football, golf, cricket and badminton.

There is an outside dining table to accommodate 14 plus, as well as other tables and chairs, parasols and sun loungers for relaxing on the lawns in divided areas of the grounds. The old Bakehouse provides a unique, covered barbecue area.

The Studio enjoys a private decked terrace area with its own outside furniture and barbecue.


We supply duvets and pillows, but should you not wish to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels, these can be supplied at 5 pounds per person per week. A high chair, two cots and stairgate are available for use.


The English owners Kev & Linda Hocking maintain a high quality of service and, with separate accommodation on site are available for help and assistance.
